Explore Bath

Henrietta House is situated in the heart of the Georgian city of Bath, England, just off Great Pulteney Street. The accommodation is only yards from Pulteney Bridge, and very near the Roman Baths, the Pump Rooms, Bath Abbey and the Recreation Ground (home of Bath Rugby Club). A short stroll can take you north to the Circus, the Assembly Rooms and the Royal Crescent or south to the Holburne Museum and the Victoria Gallery.

Henrietta Street is predominantly a residential area, however shops and restaurants can be found in abundance around the corner.  Please ask if you would like recommendations for local restaurants - we are happy to make reservations on your behalf.

Fascinating local museums include the Holburne Museum, the Victoria Art Gallery, the Costume Museum, No. 1 Royal Crescent and the Buildings of Bath Museum.  Our beautiful city is designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site; you only have to walk out the door of Henrietta House to see some of the finest architecture in Europe.

The city of Bath is only 1.5 hours (by train) west of London, nestled in the beautiful Somerset countryside - near Stonehenge, the Cotswolds and Glastonbury.  Henrietta House provides the perfect location to take a long, short or weekend break and explore Jane Austen's romantic Bath. There's so much to see and never enough time!
